Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your new cuddly friend! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from Fluffle Friends, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Certain items such as gift cards or final sale products are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us before sending it back.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
